I really, really love 'I Know This Much is True' by Wally Lamb.

It's long but worth it.

WAS this on oprahs book club? i think i remember this

no idea, but it's good. He also wrote 'She's Come Undone' - that might be the book club one.

I just finished reading ' A Thousand Splendid Suns' by the same author of 'The Kite Runner'. These are two books I definitley recommend.

In The Kite Runner -- you will cry.
A Thousand Splendid Suns- you will definitely value our lives as American women.

If you like Bergdorf blondes and Devil Wears prada, the shopaholic series are fun too,...

Also I really like Jenna Jamesons - how to make love like porn star... its actually a really good book and it gives you some tips too

Jenna Jameson's book was great! I also read 3 weeks with my brother, by Nicholas Sparks over the summer, I loved it

I recommend anything by Jodi Picoult, especially My Sister's Keeper and Vanishing Acts and Nineteen Minutes.

Also, for a lighter read anything by Jennifer Weiner, especially Good In Bed.

They are making 'the lovely bones' into a movie. Peter Jackson who directed Lord of the Rings is doing the movie. Should be FANTASTIC.

Oh that's one of my all-time favorite books!!! I'll be interested to see it made into a movie!

A few years ago i read a book called 'The lovely bones' by alice seabold. i have read it 3 times since! I love it!! def check it out

Defintely a good read! Hard to 'swallow', but good. Also, 'A Million Little Pieces' by James Frey is another 'hard but good' story....I'm almost positive this was once on Oprah's list too.

its good and very interesting...You definitely really get into how she felt and what she went through. I usually finish a book in a few days but this one took a little longer, i honestly needed breaks from it bc it does become overwhelming...Sometimes its just pages of JUST her feelings, what is in her head without any events happening you know what i mean. There are even times i got frustrated but she says she wants you to feel like this to see how it feels and to see how it feels for those who have to deal with someone going through a depression.

I definitely recommend it
