Rectangle favor tags -- where to get/how to make them?

For our Support Our Troops bracelets, we're putting them in organza bags. I want to attach a small rectangle tag to each with a short saying of some sort. Where can I get tags like this OR how can I make them. Oh, and they need to have a little hole in each to attach it to the bags.

P.S. - be care ful how you answer the 'how to make them' part....I'm scissor retarded and cant cut in straight lines....so cutting cardstock into rectangles is a very BAD idea for me

Try the business card packs from Staples... you just put them through your printer then you can pop them out because they are all preferated... for the holes, just use a hole puncher...

They sell them already cut and w/holes in them at AC Moore in all differant colors, they are made of cardstock

I used business cards from Staples and put them on gift bags.

If they're already cut, how do you print on them? Can you still run them through the printer?
