Red Carpet Limo

Has anyone used Red Carpet limo before? Reviews? :)

I used them for my wedding. I wasn't too happy with them. The driver was 15 minutes late picking us up from my mom's house to take us to the hall. When he got there, he didn't even get out of the car. He stayed in the driver's seat. After all my girls got in the limo, followed by my parents, I got in. He did not help me in and out of the car and he still did not get out of the limo to close the door after I got in. I had to have one of the girls tell him to get out and close the door. I was very angry. He did get out at the hall to get his tip money though. The driver who took us home after the reception was very nice and helpful though. I booked them thru the Wedding Plaza in Floral Park and I was told a certain amount to tip them which was excessive. I was also told to give it to the first driver. On the way home, I told the second driver that the tip was with the first guy and he told me that he was not going to see any of that money, so I felt bad and gave him something too because he was the one who actually deserved the tip. This was just my experience with them. I'm sure, like any other vendor,that other brides who may have used them had a good experience. Good luck !
