Red Peonies?

What do you guys think of a red peonie bouquet for me?

Peonies are gorgeous, but good luck finding them in October... they usually bloom in mid June/ Early July. I found this out when I asked for them for my August wedding, lol.

If you could find them... you'd probably pay a pretty penny for them... unless you go with fake ones...

Penies aren't in season then so they would have to be manufactured and then they are SO expensive its worse than orchid prices. I would stick with red roses because there are so many shades of red rose.

For my FMIL's corsage we are doign fire and ice which is a weird shade:

Yes, I know that peonies are EXTREMELY expensive when they're not in season. My friend had her heart set on them but it was like, ridiculous how much it would put her overbudget since she was getting married in the fall.

Fire and Ice roses are absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite roses.
