SHe isn't doing well...Her doctor want her to go into hospice care.

Her tumor is spreading now and they are giving her a few weeks

Hospice at home or an outside setting??

Hospice at some center.
Hospice at home only covers 6 hours a day and she lives alone!
My mom is thinking of having her come live with her...but it is up to my aunt

I would hope maybe she goes to your mom's. I would feel sad knowing shes there and not more comfortable. I forgot its only part time hospice at home. My friends's mom died from lung cancer and has hospice, but she lived with her, so she could help, but it was very rough. Although the hospice people make things a lot lot easier. ( if thats possible_

she decided to go to hospice...
She is scared to be by herself incase she cannot breathe...
At least there are doctors and nurses there 24hs

thanks Lisa....it has been rough...especially this last decision to move her to hospice....
It just seems like she is going there to die and it hurts....

But thank you sooo much for the thoughts!

Oh Jenn, I was just thinking about you. So sorry to hear this

It was really bad this morning....and the doctors called us saying that this was it...

BUT i went there and she is actually doing better....
she is a fighter

I'm so sorry Jenn... I've been thinking of you too.
