Reem Acra Gown

I went to my very first gown consultation yesterday at Reem Acra. All in all, I tried on 5 dresses and fell in love with one of them.

Are there any Reem Acra brides out there that have negotiated the price of their dress at all? Is there a point in even trying? Just asking because my dress need alterations, raising of the neckline, special size order, etc---it's going to cost me a bundle!!

I got my Reem at Kleinfelds--the salesperson offered no alteration fees if I chose the dress. Don't know if that helps. But it can't hurt to try to negotiate no matter where you go!

I bought mine at the Bridal Salon of Manhasset-- they lowered the price-- but I don't know if it was already artificially raised to begin with!!

I also got my gown at bridal salon of manhasset...i got 10% off, but i also don't know how much the price was raised b4 that discount...im planning on stopping by the reem acra salon in the city to get an idea tho...when i do, ill let ya know! which dress did u like?

OMG!! I bought Reem's Mongram dress!!! Isnt it beautiful! I knew when I tried it on that it was the one!!

I tried it on at Reem Acra salon and then at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset.

I ended up buying it at the Salon in Manhasset since they gave me a 13% discount and no tax if I ship it out of NY. I bought it at a trunk show. They were going to charge me an additional 10% because I am smaller than a size 4. But the Reem Rep. gave me a break on it.

The price is the same at Reem Acra, Salon of Manhasset and Kleinfelds. I recommend buying from a trunk show to save you money. I personally went with the Wedding Salon of Manhasset since its closer to my house than the other too!!
