Regal Events Wedding?

Regal Events Wedding?

Has anyone used or are going to use a vendor called Regal Events Wedding? They are a like having a wedding coordinator during the wedding day or help you plan your wedding.

I was considering using them for the day of the wedding to help make me a little less stressed but I am thinking this may be a waste of money. They charge $750 for the day. I have already planned my wedding so I do not need them for the planning process. I have had a 3 year engagement and I really want to enjoy the day as best as we both can. I feel like I have waited so long for this day to come.

Any Advice? Thanks!!

You can't get a DAy-of plannr for less than that? Do you have your heart set on this particular company?

I really did not consider it until I recieved an e-mail from them since joining
LIWeddings. I thought it was a great price also.
I do know that I do get two bridal attendants at Chateau Briand so they are
supposed to help me at the hall.
I called Chateau Briand and they thought that I should not waste my $ since they
will be there for me.

I haven't used them. But I am using Elaine Deluca for my day of coordinator. I did it more as having an extra hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. While I am sure my bridal attendant will take care of me, I know Elaine will be making sure the flowers arrive, are set-up properly and that all the little details I wanted are in place. Just wanted to share why I got one.

What do they do for you for $750?? I'm considering hiring someone also.

Re: Regal Events Wedding?

Hi,
I called and spoke with a person by the name of Jeanine and she said that
if you hire them for the day they will come to your house an hour before the
event and help you pretty much through the ceremony as well as the reception.
They are there to help with the flowers, give out any last payments that have to
be made, make sure eveyone knows thier part in the ceremony, gather any
family members for pictures. Help with anything that may go wrong.
They do call your hall to let them know they will be there, but they are not to
get involved in the caterings responsibilities. They do not want to step on any toes
if you know what I mean.
For me I just though it would be nice to have, so that I am not as stressed
that day.
If you go onto their site they explain all the packages they have and you can call
their number as well. The site is www.regaleventsweddings.com.
I also thought that $750 was not such a bad price. I thought that it would be
a lot more.

In my opinion... i think it is unecessary but it is different for different people...if that is what will make you less stressed than definately get it

but you are having your wedding in a BEAUTIFUL place and i am sure they know what they are doing and will take care of you but what is $750 compared to what you are spending to make it the best day of your life

Me again I agree with the last post. To me it seems a bit unnecessary. My FMIL and Mother can do all the forementioned for free But there no is no price on piece of mind, so if it reallymakes you feel MUCH better, then go for it

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. I have some time to consider this
but I do agree with all of your opinions. It really is not necessary but I am still
going to think about it. They told me I have until May if I wanted to use them.
Thansk again and best of luck to all of you. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

nsgraham has a coordinator that will do the job for around $200.

Her name is Judith Gardner ([email protected]) and she was so nice, but unfortunely she wasn't available for my date.

I felt the same way you did at the beginning. My mom will take care of it. But then I realized I didn't want my mom to do it. I wanted her to be able to enjoy herself also and cherish the day without having to worry for me.

I did it as piece of mind. It is not for everyone and FI was totally against it at first. If that's what you need to be comfortable and relax, I would go for it.
