He wont go out side at all, he just stands outside and looks up at me like please get me outta here!! Then he poops inside of course.

Gizmo is like that. I think she's confused about the whole snow thing in general. Meanwhile my other dogs LOVE it. Thankfully, Gizmo is litter trained and will go poop where the cats go (although they're not too thrilled with sharing their bathroom he-he )

my little guy won't either - he doesn't like when his paws are cold! I cleared a path for him back to his designated poop area and we had no problems yesterday!

I'm having the same problem. Poor tyson is trying to poop and only stand on two legs so his other paws are out of the snow. I thought it was going to fall in it. He finishes and we start walking back home and he won't walk. He stands on two legs like 'pick me up'. So of course I did what a spoiled brat he is! I'm going to look into booties.....
I am having problems with Murphy too. Yesterday he started limping and then sat put his tail down and sat in the snow. I am going to Petco after work for booties.

It's a pug thing.....it took me 2 winters to train Fascinus to poop in the snow
I tried to get him booties, but he just rips them off most of the time. If it is super-cold (like it was the other day) he leaves them on.

UGH!! Mine does that when it rains! She will wait until the last possible moment ... It's so frustrating!
