Hi everyone!Where did you register? At one of the bridal shows I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Bloomingdales. I receive info from other places like Kohls, Target and Macys all the time, but wasn't sure if that was overkill. Would the two I've done cover it or should I add in some others? Do you have any suggestions of somewhere else as well?
Thanks!!

We did the majority of our registry at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. We have a small registry (about 10 items) at Target and a Honeyfund. It's totally up to you, I think having a registry at 2 or 3 places is pretty typical. It gives your guests options, but not too many.

Re: Registering
We did the majority at Bed Bath & Beyond, and a smaller one at Kohl's. Most showers I've been to have either 2 or 3 registries so I don't think 3 is overkill. Some people like having a few choices because they might have coupons or might prefer shopping at certain stores for convenience reasons.

I am going to do Macys, Bed Bath and Beyond and Honeyfund. I might also do a small one at target too. I feel like giving people more places to shop the better :)

We did BBB and a small one at Macy's which we wound up getting rid of since most of the stuff can be found at BBB.

We have mostly everything at BB&B and a few things at Macy's, but we didn't go there yet - only did online. We're thinking of doing the honeymoon one too.

Ok, great. Thank you everyone! It looks like BB&B is going to be my big one. Can someone explain to me how honeyfund works? Or Lauren, even the one at Liberty Travel? Thanks!

i tried to do honeyfund originally but that was before we knew liberty had onehoneyfund is basically a way to 'promise' an amount 'towards' something in your honeymoon BUT all it means is that the guest gives you a check and prints something out to give you with it. it's a good site because it's no fee, but is confusing to some guests. they now take credit cards, which charges a fee and i think you get paid in paypal?
with liberty, my TA basically takes calls and gives a 'gift card' or something to give us in an envelope to the guest. The money goes directly into our 'account' towards the honeymoon. we even got registry cards! the only bad thing is that our final payment is due in july, so hopefully people dont give to this afterwards.... i think they give us the cash back if people do? or we can use towards excursions once we get there....

That is really cool I didn't know the travel agency actually do one too. I just heard of the sites which to me seem a little odd. Idk if it was me some of the sites looked a little shady so i would be afraid to do them. But a large known company like Liberty Travel is awesome. Do all locations do this?

We did mostly BBB and a small registry at Macys. I dont think you need more. Just remember to give your guests enough options and vary the price range.Welcome New Vendors
