I would go for Calphalon anything (stainless steel or non-stick) and Cuisine Art's stainless steel are pretty good. But I've noticed that most non-stick brands...unstick pretty quickly. We've had one of our Calphalon non-stick pans for over a year and it's still in great shape. My parents, on the other hand, always go for the cheaper stuff and their pans they bought this summer look like sh*t and that's with using a wooden spoon.

I agree with the Calphalon Tri ply.. I love the stainless. As much as non stick is good I was told by every women in my family and my FH's fam not to get nonstick..
All clad is the best but for $1200 i couldn't ask ANYONE to get that for me.. so I went to then next best thing. Calphalon.. they are great!

Re: Registering for a Cookware Set
Ok So now its between: Calphalon Everyday Anodized Non-Stick 10-Piece Cookware Set & Open Stock and Calphalon Tri Ply Stainless Steel 8-Piece Cookware Set and Open Stock Any thoughts?? I read a bunch of diff reviews they all say diff things though so I can't really decide but I'm leaning more towards the Anodized Non-Stick cuz I would love to cook with virtually no oil and the reviews say that it is very durable... Also is there really a need for so many pots and pans? Do u girls really use all 8-10 pieces?

I'm a big fan of having at least 1 non-stick frying pan with the rest all being stainless.

My fh cooks, he prefers the nonstick over stainless steel. He says the stainless steel scratches too much and if you get quality nonstick it will not chip. I think stainless steel looks prettier but you want it to last
