Re: registering for crystal
i registerd for some crystal but didnt go crazy with it.... i figured id rather give people a large choice on the registry so they dont end up getting up some crazy things that i dont like or isnt our style or taste. though cash would be nice as well........................

My crystal is Lenox. I wanted the Waterford ones to match my china set, but they're $75 PER GLASS

Re: registering for crystal
we registered for crystal. we decided to do so because we already host Thanksgiving & Easter dinner with our miss-matched items & we plan on continue to host these two holidays.

Re: registering for crystal
We registered for just 12 of the wine glasses and 12 iced beverages glasses. We also picked one of the cheapest kinds, because we probably won't use them too too much.

Re: registering for crystal
Our wine glasses are actual crystal. They were cheaper then glass one's so we figured why not. (Through costco)
I'm not registering for other crystal glasses though since i already have a set that will be handed down to me.

Re: registering for crystal
We did. Waterford all the way. White wine, red wine, and goblets (water glasses). Bloomingdale's ALWAYS has huge sales and worst case scenario, you don't get them! Might as well ask!! We didn't register for silver. Also, Williams-Sonoma has gorgeous crystal barware and that is where we registered for an ice bucket, high balls, etc.

Re: registering for crystal
Yes, as my good stemware I got waterford glasses for wine and water. I think you should register for it. Its one of those things you would never buy for yourself later on. Unless you feel you would NEVER pull them out.
