we had the same problem!

we actually made 3 trips to figure out what we wanted and changed our minds like, a dozen times. we finally settled on mikasa's infinity, which is the square set.

good luck.

i now do most of my registering online. much easier!

I went to Fortunoff's for the first time several weeks ago and was so overwhelmed! We got a little more done - in addition to picking out silverware, we selected cutlery. We have a total of 4 items on our registry. Thank God for the Internet!

Fortunoff can be very overwhelming. I would say, do it over a few days. Maybe one or two departments each day. Even if you don't register for a lot, at least look around then you can add it on later on the internet. I've changed things so many times already.

As far as registering, what should I put on my registry since I'm having a small wedding and will probably only get gifts for the shower. (Family is big on giving $$$ at the wedding - not like I complain =] ) I was thinking china, silverwear and maybe an everyday set? Maybe even some kitchen stuff?

Originally I wanted to register at Citibank but my mom dissuaded me =P Next I'm thinking of registering at random spas with masseuses named Zven - FItobe dissuaded me on that as well. So as for now, it looks like china (maybe I can find a foot massager somewhere at Fortunoff! - and hopefully it comes with a lifesized Sven!)

do some registering online, then go into the store and finish it up.

Re: registering - oh my gosh!

I made several trips to Fortunoff when I was registering....and then changed items online on almost a daily basis. It never ends....now I am married and I think I want to change everthing all over again.....

My husband is about to kill me.

You def. have time for bedding and towels. I am getting married next June and am not planning on registering for bedding until probably a month before my shower. They are always coming out with new bedding and styles.
