There is not one store that we need, or want a bunch a stuff from. I don't know if it's possible, but I was thinking that maybe we could make a web page that has a picture of different things that we want or need and when you click on it, it brings you to where you can purchase it? What do you guys think? Is it possible? We've been together so long, and living together for a few years, that there isn't really anything we need that comes from Macy's, Fortunoff's, etc. We know of a bunch of Misc. stuff, but you can't get them at just one store. Maybe it's a stupid idea, but I'd rather get stuff that we really want or need than just china, or something. Our wedding is in 3 months, so we need to come up with something soon. Thanks!

Re: Registering question...
What sort of stuff are you thinking about registering for? There is nothing wrong with setting up registries at more then one store. You know your guest list better then I do, but I know many of my guests chose to go to the store instead of ordering online. (Lots of people are still online-shopping-phobic)

I don't think it's a bad idea. In fact it might be very helpful. For the people who don't like to shop on-line they can find it at a store. Ever think of registering at Bed Bath & Beyond? I think that is THE store for misc. goodies!!! Just a suggestion!

Re: Registering question...
I think it's a great idea to create a website to give family and friend info - I created one on homestead.com - they recently started charging to create nicer sites, but you can still start a basic one, but visitors will get attacked by ads.
I added links to our 2 registries, but it might be very time consuming to link each item - instead you could just post the pics of certain things, or maybe the registry links will be enough.

Re: Registering question...
I have a web site www.scottmichele.homestead.com but it is more for About Us and the Wedding plans then a What I want you to buy me web site. You can register at Linen's and Things, Kohls, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond. Maybe one of those stores is better for you. Also, let your Mom and sister know some of the stuff you want. They can pass the ideas on to other people. I don't like the idea of a Christmas Wish List on your web site though.
