Registering Question.....did you

register for your china at one store or did you put it on more than one of your registries?? I thought I might have a better chance of receiving my place settings if they were available at both stores....TIA!

This was a huge issue for me.

My formal china is only only on my list at one store......

My casual china is on my list at 2 stores. One of those stores is Bed Bath and Beyond and they do not actually carry the pattern in the stores. It has to be ordered on the internet or at a store. So, I put it on another registry at Fortunoffs in case people want to see what they are buying. However, this is a bit crazy because BBB and Bloomingdales are my main registries and Fortunoffs is only for this one pattern.

I hope this makes sense. I may change it though.

I started off registering for it at one store... then added the second store. Then the price went back to normal ( didnt realize it was on sale when I registered) and it went up so much I felt bad and took it off. So in the end I had it on only 1 registry and got all my place settings

My China I only did at Fortunoffs. However a lot of other stuff (mixer, coffee maker, pots, etc) I did at both Fortunoffs and Bloomingdales.

As an engagement/ wedding gift my mom got me my 5piece settings for 12, Fortunoffs had a promotion where you'd get the soup bowl and accent plate free with it. Normally the soup bowls would be $52. each and the accent plate would be $35. each

There are still all the other plates on the registry

I registered for my china at two different stores because some people are very particular and only shop at certain stores. Plus both stores told me I can return things if I get too duplicates and buy something else off my registry.
