Is anyone not having a registry?? would you please tell why you would do it and why wouldnt you? thanks!
Well im doing one and the only reason why i can see someone not is if maybe they only want money and feel its a greater chance of getting money if theres no registry.
we absolutely did one...DH & i did not live together before we were married so we were in need of a lot of stuff.... my mother was also throwing me a bridal shower... if she wasn't then maybe i wouldn't have but i'm really happy we did!
Unfortunately, If you don't register....when it's time for you bridal shower you'll end up with stuff that is really not your taste/style, duplicates, things you don't need (have), things you don't want, & you won't get what you really wanted.....if you went shopping yourself.....It really is a win-win situation. I'm using weddingchannel.com It is GREAT because it's one consolidated registry. I have BBB, Macys, & a HM registry on one site.
