Registry cards (that u stuff in invites...question)

I know you put the cards for your registry in your shower invites ( or soemthing that says lisa is registered at BBB - etc.)

But these dont go in the reg invites right, as the purpose is to get $$$

Registry cards only go with the shower items. If someone attending the wedding, but not the shower, wants to purchase something off your registry, then they will call and ask.

I have never seen them put in regular invites.

shower invites only, you are right.

Well its for a different reason but yeah doesnt go in reg invites

I'm only putting those little cards where I'm registered in my bridal shower invitations. Or if you had an engagement party. I only want $$ for my wedding gift!!!

I think the registry card are only for your shower.

I've was told that its poor etiquette to even mention 'gifts' of any sort on your wedding invitation.
