what are the benefits for registry completion for BBB and macys? All i found was like if i buy $400 of calphalon pots, they give me a free spoon. or some cr@p like that.

both places have programs like that
BBB has if you registrar for a certain amount of the item you get something then once it is complete you get something else.
With Macy's if you have a macy's credit card they will give you a percentage back on all the items you buy at macy's with your card from the time you registrar to the time you get married AND a percentage of the price of all the items you get from your registry.

BBB gives you two completion coupons to use, both 10% off whole purchase. One you can use online, one you can use instore. One use each.
I don't remember whether Macy's gives you a coupon for completion, but you get back a percentage from each registry purchase + any purchase you make with your Macy's card in the form of a gift card mailed to you after the wedding.
Both places have similar 'deals' from the vendors (i.e. buy 8 place settings from Lenox, get a serving dish free, etc. etc. etc.....) - I was under the belief that those come from an agreement with the vendor and not the store directly.
