Registry Help- If You're Bored

I know this has been countless times, but we're thisclose to completing our registries, and I'm sure that I'm missing some fundamentals.

If anyone is bored and willing to help, can you take a look and let me know if there's anything blatantly missing, or something that you registered for that we did not?

The items we know we're missing because we didn't decide yet are luggage and a non-stick skillet or two.

I had 8 and then FH and FMIL made me put 12.... they said what if people come over? blah blah blah... that its good to have. I think maybe add some- even if you bump it up to 8.... whats the worse that can happen? People might get it

Haha this was a bone of contention with me and FH...no pun intended LOL. He doesn't want people to buy the china and not buy other stuff that we actually need, because we have a fairly small guest list, and we live at home and need absolutely everything. So...if we get china, it'll be for display purposes only. Oh well.

Oh - well did you look at the complete sets? they are like 2-300 dollars and at least you will have 8 unless you are in love with yours.

This is why i didn't register for china but my everyday plates are considered china

At BBB they have a set called snapware and it comes with all sizes and shapes. That's a good one, we registerted for that!

Eeeep, just check this out, but it's polycarbonate and I won't use polycarbonate because of the BPA. I will definitely search for a reasonable facsimile.

I would add a slow cooker even though I have never used one I think it will come in handy when there are busy nights especially when there are kids, you can throw all the ingredients in in the morning and it will be ready and waiting when u get home from work. I really hope someone buys mine. I noticed you didn't have an electric can opener. I would add a few extra pots/pans, I think like you said above if you add the skillets you should be ok.

I have a slow cooker already, I got it for Christmas last year and it's never been out of the box. Can't wait to break it out!

Flatware? Hostess Set? Toasting Flutes? Wedding Certificate Holder? Guest Book? Unity Candle? Multi-Server (for dip)?

Haha, all of these things are things FH made me take off. Formal flatware and serving set that is...we have the everyday flatware and serving set from Oneida, and we already got flutes as a gift. We're not going to use a guestbook, and we can't use a unity candle in the Orthodox church, and we actually have multi servers and appetizer trays up the wazoo.

BUT I think I will add the pretty Lenox ring holder hehe.
