- 145 are in the $1-25 range (this includes items I want more than one of, like plates, wine glass sets, etc)
- 15 in the $26-50 range - 3 in the $51-100 range - 2 in the $101+ range
At macys I have 52 items.
- 35 in the 1-25 range - 9 in hte 26-50 range - 7 in the 51-100 range - 1 in the 101+ range
That's bad, right???? I want to move some things from BBB to macys I think, in case people want to shop there instead. but i picked the items i picked because i liked them the most, and also didn't want to pick extraordinarily expensive things. am i not giving people enough options in the 50-100 range??? that's what most people spend, right? i would just get myself more items in the 1-25, but maybe people won't see it that way??? help!
I am adding a vacuum to the macy's registry, probably in the 100-200 range. if that helps!!!!

you upgraded your pots & your utensils? Now's a good time to see if you can get them if you haven't, those will fall in the price range you are looking for.
Yup! Did this! Pots, a vacuum, a stand mixer and my bedding are the most expensive items I have. I also registered for a coffee/espresso maker, a blender/food processor combo, a convection toaster oven, and a wine bottle chiller that were moderately priced - 50-100, mostly around 75 each.
I picked a cheap utensil set though, because it had what I wanted, not because it was cheap. I will look again though and see if I can get the same thing, but better.
thanks ladies!

I dont think its bad. It looks like you covered a variety of price ranges. I would add things that are 300+ because people may want to get a big gift together.
I had a dyson on there, but I took it off thinking that toio many people would chip in on it, and then the stuff i really need wouldn't be bought. Does that make any sense?
I just don't have expensive taste, I guess, and it's hard for me to pick out things that cost a lot of money, you know? I mean, I picked a $169 nautica quilt and almost picked something else because I thought it was too much. Shams were $50 each and I almost did not put them on there!!!! That's the extent of my expensive taste.
I wish I could register for a camcorder!!! FH really wants one for the honeymoon, but I don't want to spend $500 on one! Macy's doesn't seem to have any good ones.
A camcorder is a great idea. Fh and I want one too. We were thinking of making a third small registry at like Target just for a few odds and ends and the Camcorder. But i dont like the return policy so we will have to see.

I thought about this, too. I may do this and only tell a few select people we are registered there (i think we would go with walmart, or best buy, not sure exactly).
