Registry Peeker Question

I have been trying so hard not to look but I had to go change something today. Tons of stuff is gone from my registry. So now I'm curious...how long before your shower was stuff coming off registry?

So excited for shower but I really don't think it's anytime soon, prob mid Sept or in Oct.

i was so insane with my registry. i checked it like 5 times a day! i guess suff started coming off about 1 month before the shower was. my fiance would yell at me to get off the website and i used to tell him i was just changing my mind about something we registered for! i was a bad bad girl

Stuff started disappearing for me when the invites went out. Depending on how organized our bridal party is, that could be 4-6 weeks ahead of your shower, on average!

Stuff started missing about a month or so before!!! I got soooo excited and then I checked it every day! I was bad!

Well... I suspect that my shower is this Saturday but not much has come off my registry in general... although it started to pick up alot in the past two weeks or so. I know my family and they are ALL last minute shoppers so peeking at my registry isn't going to tell me much unless it's the day of my shower!! So, what I'm saying is, it depends on your family -- do they shop early or late?

I don't think it's bad to be a peeker. I peeked everyday and once the list started going down..I added more!! At most places, you get a discount on the items you don't get after the wedding date...

Stuff was missing the week after the invites went out....

Hmmmn not sure probably late for most of them. i know my Mom started getting stuff right after we registered.

She kept telling me 'I shopped so don't look' so I had to tell her that until 4 months before I'd be making changes and adding things so I'd have to look.

I really want to be surprised for shower but at the same time I really want to wear this adorable anne taylor dress...maybe I should start wearing it every weekend.

OK well FH and I check all day long and now we know if something is purchased off the macy's registry we can call and find out who it is... OMG thats dangerous... LOL

I'm addicted to peeking. Stuff is going every day at Kohl's but 1/2 the guests invited to the shower live about 4 minutes from Kohl's.

Now I'm worried I won't get the little that's left at one place since there isn't that much there. I want to register at both places for the same thing to make sure I get it- well, just the vacuum and iron.
