registry question

so I was looking at my registry today to make sure I have enough items in different price ranges...I'm inviting approximately 200 people to the wedding and about 50 to my shower...Do you think this is ok??? I separated how many items are in different price ranges..tia

$1- $25= 155
$26- $50= 47
$51- $100= 80
$101- $200= 21
$201- $500= 7
Over $500= 1 ($639 to be exact)

Am I asking for too much? or is this just right?

do you happen to have a macys registry?? ... they tell you the amounts that are good, but I don't remember my password, otherwise I would look... But I defiantly think its a good amount, you have alot of options.

Re: registry question

it does seem like a lot.. but if you want to give people a lot of choices, then i say leave it.

However, you also have to think about this.. if there are a lot of things on there that you prob wont need, maybe they are more unique, or just something you think is cool and would like to have.. I feel like people are more likely to buy that stuff (like... 'they will never buy this for themselves') you may end up getting LESS of what you REALLY need.

Not at all.. as long as you are okay with the fact that people may buy those over things that you may really need... I dont know how your family is or how much tey may spend.. so you go by what you know about them and if you dont mind having to maybe buy the things you do need on your own
