Registry Stalking

Ok so we registered after our Engagement Party so we really havent received any 'home related' gifts yet. I am always on our registry and add/delete things. Well today I saw 2 place settings have been purchased and two other items! I know it was most likely my mother but AHHH! Its so exciting seeing things bought. I'm going to have to change my password when it gets closer to my shower.

I already had my engagement party, and I STILL stalk my registry. I have been trying not to change things, but it's really really REALLY hard!! lol

I don't even have a registry but we are set up on bed, bath and Beyond's website due to signing up at a showcase so every now and then I go on and check just to see if maybe someone decided to buy something and add it on. Lol.

It's the best. I haven't done any bedding or towels or sheets or anything that could be discontinued. Ill wait until the wedding gets closer for that but I love adding things that I 'need'

OMG I stalked our registry right before our e-party. I kept opening things knowing what they would be. I even said 'oh this is probably the frame!' in front of FH's mom. I don't think she realized--oops!

Hahahaha!! When we opened gifts after my engagement party, we did it in my parents backyard with my parents, FMIL and her husband, and a bunch of people from our wedding party, sort of as a 'get to know you' casual hang out. Every time I opened a gift, I said 'It's my place setting!', or 'It's my placemat!!' Everyone thought it was weird, but I just justified it by saying everyone should know I wasn't surprised, I chose the items!!!

My engagement party is Saturday and i've been stalking my registry like crazy!! We only put about 50 items on there but, I only have about 10 left!! Wooohooo! Cant wait to get the basics that I really need :)

I'm not going to lie, when I find out other people I know are engaged, I look at their registries, too, to see if I've missed anything! LOL

FH thinks I'm insane. I told him it's because he doesn't have the shopping gene.
