Registry Still so full!

I'm two weeks away and theres still about $1,500 worth of gifts on my registry? What are the chances that people are going to still buy something at this point? Probably those who are attending the wedding will bring cash so I dont know what to expect.

Honestly, most people will probably give you cash for your wedding. I'd keep the things on your registry though, so you could eventually completed it and get everything that you want.

People will buy you stuff up until the day before your wedding!!! I haven't had any new purchases since my shower and my wedding is 6 weeks away. I think people will buy stuff our registry the last few weeks before the wedding.

mine is saturday and my BBB has been hardly touched ugh, im not even looking forward to this shower, I dont think people are very interested ...

Aww don't feel that way don't worry people will probably wait until the last minute. And then there are some people who just won't buy anything off the registry b/c they want to purchase something else for you.

Don't worry I was so sad also, but the day before the shower half of the things were gone and even the day of people were buying.

Girls, I think she's actually referring to her wedding, not her shower. As for the wedding, we did have people buy registry gifts (some people), and we also had gifts sent after the fact from the registry (mostly from DH's 20-something cousins and some of our friends)....so don't lose hope!
