For girls still PLANNING their weddings, what's your biggest regret to date?
mine is that i bought my wedding dress from a horrible horrible store (princess bridals in farmingdale) ... i do love my dress, but i hate that they made money off me.

My date... I really wanted to do a Saturday night wedding. I would have gone with Sunday if I found an expensive RH and wanted to get a cheaper rate, but the RH we decided to go with was all booked for every Saturday in fall of 2010, and every Sunday besides our date! (and this was in last October already). Sunday is good for some reasons, like we'll have more time for pics before the ceremony. A Saturday night wedding at jewish center won't let you in the building before Shabbat ends. I still wish we could have gone with Saturday night though.

Not really a regret - since I couldn't do anything about it.
But I really wanted the Sunday (5/29/11) instead of the Saturday - i really wanted that extra day for my OOT family and friends to travel. But we fell in love w/ the RH and made the decision to change the day!
The Sunday was booked 5 months before went in there to check it out - craazy!!!

No real regrets (anymore). Initially I wanted a Fall wedding.. but couldn't pull it off if I wanted my brother to attend (which I do) since he is in the Navy over seas and usually cannot travel during that period b/c he changes command, etc. BUT... I really love our date now and going to Hawaii in May is suppose to be very nice and not as crowded... so I don't have any regrets now.

um, not pushing my dream hall... and not checking a few that I wanted to check out (FH is still mad we went to 17 halls)
also, not checking out duet, it seems their prices were better than patken... and we're paying A LOT more then we wanted to and getting A LOT less than we wanted.

sending out save the dates, didn't really give me flexibility in cutting my list later on when it spiralzed out of control.
i also regret booking some of my vendors before discovering LIW...

Regret not adjusting the font on my STD's before buying it. Would have looked a lot better if I went with my gut instead of listening to FH (who was too busy watching T.V at the time to really care).

ITA. I bought my dress from a store that I regret in Miami ( Bellissima Bridal) SHould have went back to Bellisima Bride in Deerfield but they didn't have my dress
