Re: Rehearsal?
I think we're doing a quick run-through about 1/2 hr before actual ceremony. Not having a RD or a formal rehearsal. We've all been in weddings before so we should be fine.
Re: Rehearsal?
The hall will probably let you have a rehersal there sometime during the week. I live 1 1/2 hours from my hall so I'm going to have a RD at a restaurant and have my DOC go over everything there.

We talked to our officiant about this. He said if he is free, he will def come to the rehearsal, but he said it is not necessary for him to be there. He will prompt us through the whole ceremony and even go over with us the schedule of the ceremony a couple of weeks before the wedding. If you are worried, talk to your officiant and see if you can work something out.

We will just do a run through before the ceremony too. No time for a rehearsal really....and i dont think its necessary. The catering hall has done (and i have been in one at the crescent) many ceremonies, and they will totally just go over everything with you before. ITs just walking down an aisle really.......and the order. The rest is in the officiants and DJ's hands, which you will go over everything with them before.
Re: Rehearsal?
I would imagine that the hall would be available during the week for a quick run through. I was MOH in my first BP this past Aug and they didn't do a rehersal and it was a little confusing. I would have felt better with a quick run-through. Talk to your clergy. I don't think that the Dj attends tho. I'm doing the church thing so I don't know!
