Who is 'supposed' to pay for it? Do you invite the whole bridal party? I'm not even having a rehearsal, but I did want to do the dinner. If it was like 14 people at an average priced place, how much do you think it would cost??

traditionally, the groom's parents pay for the RD.

ETA: if it's in a restaurant, you can expect to pay anywhere between $25-$40 pp.
