Rehearsal Dinner

Is anyone doing anything big for the rehearsal dinner? Not sure what to do.

We're just doing a small dinner and drinks. Most likely at Verdi in Westbury, or one of the 2 places in Long beach. Sutton Place or Corbin and Renolds. Undecided at the moment. We are getting a limo for our guests so they don't have to drive, and can induldge a bit and not have to worry about driving.

I haven't really thought about but i want something small and intimate, probably just my BP and my immediate family and maybe some close friends

ours will be small.. BP, his immediate family and mine, and parents of the flower girls.. nothing fancy probably at like a country bufet or something.

We are hoping to have it at Waterzooi in Garden City (our fav restaurant).

I'm hoping to do it at a restaurant called La Grova in Lake Grove. It's a small place, but we've been going there since I was a little girl and the food is amazing!

we will be having a rehersal dinner, but it will be in my FH's dad Italian Restaurant in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn...

I don't see the need to spend MORE money on a RD.... I am keeping it simple b4 the madness.

yeah, something at home might be the thing. It's a waste of money unless my parents pay for it somewhere or my future in-laws pay for it. But i would rather have them give us the $$ towards the wedding.

the RD is my FMIL's contiribution towards the wedding, i want it to be small (just BP and our immediate families) probably at a restaurant in brooklyn...

I am not trying to spend a lot of money on the RD, it will be intimate the BP and FH and my immediate family.

Mine is going to be in my house ... and if its nice out - it will be outside - in my yard - nothing too fancy - and i'll have it catered from my brother (he owns a deli in Queens...)

Haven't really thought about it yet, but most likely something small and on the less expensive side - immediate family and BP. Definitely out though because it will be too crazy before the wedding planning a dinner at home.
