That's what I would think...

Some people also invite OOT guests, depending on their situation.

ETA: I didn't answer your question about who we are inviting. We are definitely inviting our bridal parties and immediate family, grandparents, and then the big question is...OOT guests...I haven't really broached this topic with my mom yet, so I will let you know!! She may push to invite all the OOT guests.

That's a tough one...I tend to put siblings under the same umbrella as parents, i.e. immediate family, so I would invite her if it were me.
