Re: rehearsal dinner
We only have 9 in our bridal party + FH and I and our RD headcount is 36. FH has 4 siblings and 3 step-siblings so all of them plus their spouses made our numbers go up pretty quickly. And our RD is 2 nights before the wedding and OOT guests will not have arrived yet (I hope! is that mean? LOL)
FMIL really wanted us to consider the RD location as a possibility for a wedding venue, so it's sort of 'her' party. It's going to be more formal than I thought I'd envisioned but it will be a beautiful party.

Re: rehearsal dinner
We are in the same position as you. We are inviting bridal party with spouses (FH's idea on that one) and OOT. It's ridiculous, I wanted to keep it small but looks like that's not happening.

We are up to 37! But we have a big bridal party and we wanted to include their spouses and my grandparents!

Re: rehearsal dinner
We have about 30, we are not inviting our bridal party with a guest, we just can't we would have way too many people. We are inviting the readers as well and my grandma.

Re: rehearsal dinner
I think you have to include immediate family and OOT guests so if that's your number so be it! We counted 20 without OOT guests with very very small family and BP
