Any recommendations for places to have a rehearsal dinner in the Hauppauge/Smithtown/Nesconset area? (my family and I are staying at a hotel in Hauppauge the night before the wedding). Thanks!

I would look into Butterfields in Hauppauge, and I've heard good things about the Wobbly Olive, also in Hauppauge. Also check out Garden Grille in Smithtown.

San Marco in Hauppauge is great thats where we have our holiday parties and the food is amazing and you have your own private area.
