How far ahead should we book a place? I really don't want to start looking now, I feel like there's so much more to do- but I feel like so many people getting married in August have done this already!

thought i booked mine but of course ... drama ... and no. we are date twins, so i'm in the same boat.
i've been calling around. i'm not too worried right now. it's still seven months away. according to my theknot.com countdown, it should be booked by march.

I did mine mineloa bc my rehetsal well actually a luncheon will be on the Friday (last day of school for public schools) so wanted to make sure to have a space bc didn't know if people schools have end of year parties

Haven't booked a thing. Or thought about it really. Too many other checks that I need to do. I'm not really worried about it, there are so many places to have dinner. Worst case there's always Taco Bell, lolol!

Only booked mine because my FIL were telling us to get on it! But literally, we called, they wrote down our name and number, and that was that. I don't think there was any reason to do it so far ahead of time.

I'm getting married in June and we booked ours in October when the Priest told us the date of our rehearsal. We figured we might as well just get that out of the way.

We booked mine at the 5 month mark but with the summer things may book quicker so it doesnt hurt to start looking
