Rehearsal Dinner Dress question- OPINIONS PLEASE!
So I just tried on my RD dress (yes because i love it and it was just sitting there and I had to try it on...and yes , i tried my shower dress on again too lol) and I must have lost a little weight in the top area so now it feels a little big. Just enough to make me pull at it, not to show that its too big though. I was thinking that the dress needed to be hemmed and then i thoguth what if i added straps to it out of the hemline? Do you think they would look ok? Not a spaghetti strap but not a t shirt either! Just some sort of medium strap?

IMO I think the dress looks great! Its not too long at all. It looks great on you! If your concerned with the top, maybe get a cute little half jacket to wear?? HTH!

I don't think it's too long - that's the length that's 'in' now. If you don't feel comfortable in the dress, you can probably still return it for store credit. You usually get 30 days for a refund, but like 3 or 6 months for credit.

My sisters had a wedding last June and the place ordered the dresses too big..I pinned the dress to their bras! The pin was hidden and it really helped! Not sure if you would consider this!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I would totally do a bright shoe... I even think a print shoe would look amazing! Let me work on this a little!
Maybe you could just get the top taken in a little if your nervous?

Re: Rehearsal Dinner Dress question- OPINIONS PLEASE!
An inexpensive fix is tissues!!!
Seriously though, a little padding in the bra is an easy fix or pin it. I wouldn't do anything crazy. I think the length is fine. You'll look beautiful!

Re: Rehearsal Dinner Dress question- OPINIONS PLEASE!
I think it looks good the way it is. But wouldn't be opposed to shortening it either. I bought a dress for New YEars and it fell below the knee a little and thought it looked better once I hemmed it above the knee. But see how it looks with heels. Cute!
