I have 13 people in my bridal party. Of those 13 only 4 of the adults are without a steady spouse/significant other. Is it okay to invite those people solo and invite the others with their spouse/significant other?

I hear that this is OK, but I personally wouldn't. I invited everyone to my rehearsal with a guest.
