Rehearsal Dinner-HELP

Hi Gals,

Does anyone know of a good spot in the Manhasset /Great Neck or surrounding areas where I can host a rehearsal dinner for 30 ppl? My church is in Manhasset by Miracle Mile and I wanted host it at Toku, but they quoted me a whopping $10,000 for 30 ppl. I don’t need a 3 course meal, just a menu where everyone can order an entrée and non-alcoholic drinks. I was hoping to stay under $1,000.

I wish...I actually called a few weeks ago and the guy told me $8,000 for a Thursday night. I was in shock and just said 'OK thank you' and hung up the phone...lol. A couple minutes passed and I convinced myself that either I had heard wrong or he was new and just made a mistake on the quote. But sure enough, I called back today and another guys quoted me $10,000 for a Friday night. WTH!! I guess it’s because they give you a private room and drinks are included, but still…….
