We used the Marriott in Islandia for our OOOT guests as well & our RD was at Brennans. It was great, I highly recommend them.

I've heard great things about danfords! I think there was a wedding there not too long ago that was reviewed here....

I've been there for dinner and it is really nice! The only thing is that it is on the expensive side.

If you were looking for Port Jefferson, why not the printer's devil? It is a great place and fantastic food. Very affordable!

I looked into ALL of the places in Port Jeff...but I only have 18 people and most have a 25 minimum. Danford's was about $35pp without alcohol (my shower was there and was VERY nice, food was excellent...buffet style brunch, we were in a conference room. We've also booked rooms for our guests there and we'll be staying for the wedding night).
Printer's Devil is reasonable, we would have liked to have been there, but not enough people.
We might go with Desmonds, the pub in the Inn at Eastwind--which was $24pp, but tell me more about Il Miradora--what kind of food (I'm guessing Italian) and where is it exactly?

This is where we are having our RD. My FH lives in Port Jeff. What about Mario's in East Setakuet. They are amazing! My FSIL had her RD there and it was great. She had a small amount of people also. I can tell you that the price was right also.

the food at danfords is totally awesome - well worth the high price tag if you can afford it - another thought harbourside restaurant on main in patchogue 18 pp including beer and wine - i think we are having ours at lotus east in mount sinai - wont have a seperate room but it is just a few mins from MPI

My guests stayed at the Wyndam in Happauge and we had our RD at Pomodorinos in Happauge. They were very reasonable priced and the food was excellent.

Try Ruvo in Greenlawn. They have a room in the back and the food is great, and the price are good too.
