When did everyone send out their invitations for the Rehearsal Dinner?

I was going to wait till all my responses were back but then I realized that some people may be making their OOT arrangements and wanted them to know that they are invited to the rehearsal dinner... I am thinking of sending them out next week. I'm not sure what the exact etiquette is on this...

about a month before. and we only sent to those who had not rsvped or rsvped yes
