Rehearsal dinner - near East Williston

Any suggestions? The church is the East Williston Community Church. Anyone having a rehearsal dinner in that area?

I would recommend the Ivy Cottage. The food is AWESOME! And they have great twilight specials for week nights.

Also Pomordorino on Hillside Ave. It's just west of Herricks Road.

Congrat's on choosing the Community church. I used to ring bells there. Reverend Huyck is so nice.

Cafe Picasso on Hillside Ave in Williston Park. They treated us wonderfully when I held my sister's shower there. We had a choice of which private room we wanted and the food is yummy!

Ivy Cottage is right down the block the food is great but it depends on how many people your having b/c its kinda tight..

What about La Parma & Riverbay they are across the street from one another, on Willis Ave..5 mins away from the Church

I would go with La Parma they serve family style and the food is amazing. We have been going there for years to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and the last two I've missed and been very disappointed about it.

La Parma is great but I don't think they take reservations. Riverbay does but they don't serve family style like La Parma.

I love your church by the way!! It is so pretty.
I got got married at St. Aidan's in Williston Park and we had our rehearsal dinner at the Davenport Press in Mineola (it's about a mile away). It was fantastic. We had our own room and bartender and the food was awesome.

Ivy Cottage is wonderful, but it is definitely tiny. If your bridal party is big, it might not work there.

If you questions about any of the places nearby, let me know. I think I checked out every single restaurant in a five mile radius. I really wanted a place where we would have our own room, so I eliminated Riverbay and La Parma right away.

Hi
I'm also getting married at the east williston church and having our reception at the WM.
Good Choices We went out a couple of weeks ago to look for restuarants. So far we looked at

-Papa Razzi (next door to Westbury Manor)
-Cafe Picasso (Williston Park)
-TR's (Williston Park)
-Pomdorino (New Hyde Park)

We're probably going to have it at Papa Razzi.
