Rehearsal Dinner not in a restaurant

Hi all it's me asking again.. now we are past the bowling alley (too expensive) and back to trying to find a location for a rehearsal dinner near Deer Park area, that isn't a regular restaurant- we are looking for a large private room (could be a hall of some sort) with bar options (church social hall is out).
I know of a moose/mason?? lodge hall near argyle lake, and a Knights of Columbus on Broadway in Lindenhurst ... any other more scenic ideas?

Do you know anyone who lives in a condo or home owners association like the hamlet or the greens where you can rent their club house.

Also try Suffolk Community College (although I belive you have to use their caters)
