Rehearsal dinner recommendations

Italian.

40ish people.

Within 20ish minutes of the Plainview/Bethpage/Farmingdale area.

Palmers in Farmingdale?? ( I think its in farmingdale.... if not, its very close to it!)

I went to a RD there and it was delicious!

Mamas in Copiague!! I don't know if they have a private room though.

thanks ladies! I will pass these along to my FMIL. I'm lost on places, since it's been years since I ate out on LI with any regular consistency. My favorite Italian place, La Viola in Syosset, closed :(

La Viola CLOSED?!!! i lived there in h.s. and college. that's sad. I was going to also suggest piccola bussola

i KNOOOW! I loved it. They had the BEST stuffed artichokes.

I love La Piazza (it's like down the street from where I grew up) but it isn't set up well for a rehearsal dinner, I don't think.

Verona's in farmingdale was excellent, Had my engagement dinner there and my shower will be there

They have a location in Merrick on merrick road that has a party room.

I went to a baby shower there the room is very nice!

I was there a few months ago and they have a back room for private parties. The food was great!

How about Butera's. They have locations in Syosset (Jericho Turnpike) or Massapequa (Sunrise Hwy).

Also, Umbertos in Wantagh (Wantagh Ave) is excellent!
