Rehearsal Dinner- Rose Hunt Restaurant

There are TONS of restaurants in Huntington that you could use. I think the Fox Hollow might be a little pricey. I don't know how many people you are having but I would assume (now we know that makes an @ss out of you and me but play along) it would be $30-40 pp.

Which might be normal, I really don't even know!

We are having ours at FH Riley's in Huntington. Great restaurant, great food, great service. Good prices. They will close the restaurant if you have 40 people I think they told me. We have a very small bridal party - just a MOH and best man - so we only have 13 people at the RD - so we are just going there for dinner, they will put us along a wall on the side or maybe block off a little section in the back. It's a thursday night so I don't expect it to be crowded. it's a small place.

meehan's is another place in huntington that would work. if you have 20 or more people, you have the room in the back, and there is a special catering menu (same for FH riley's if you have enough people). If you don't have 20 people, you can have this semi-private room (it's between the back and the bar. people CAN walk through but they won't, and they won't seat anyone else). It's decorated with tiffany glass, very nice. And you'd eat off the regular menu for that, too.

If you can, come to the area for a weekend and visit a few places. It's only 10-15 mins from the fox hollow and there are a lot of places.

these are all in huntington. other places on jericho, a little closer to the fox hollow but not by much, are saratoga's steak house, cafe testarossa (great italian) and the inn between (which i think is a bar really).

I actually went and got quotes from them. They had about 3 or 4 menu options. They prices varied from $43pp to $52pp depending on the menu chosen. The manager mentioned that since we were getting married at FH they would deduct $300 from the final bill. I thought it was overpriced for what they were offering.
