Rehearsal Dinner - the night before the wedding

Just curious - who is having / had it the night before the wedding, who is having / had it earlier?

We are the night before, starting at 5.30 - 6.00 pm

Most of my bp is out of state, so they will be coming in for a few days. Our wedding is also early Sat morning, so we're doing it Thurs night. I don't everyone to party too hard and then be exhausted at the wedding!

Mine is two days before because the wedding starts at 11 am.

My wedding is on a Saturday morning so we are having our rehearsal dinner on Thursday night. We want Friday to relax and hopefully sleep!

We had ours the week before and it was great! We handed out the gifts and had it at a local bar and grill which made everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

We are having it the night before since our wedding is not until 7:00pm the next night.

Since we plan to marry on a friday night we will have RD on the weds before or the saturday before

We are having it the night before also because most of the BP are out of towners. Heck, I'm an out of towner

another out-of-towner here. we are having it 6:30 pm the night before. i figured that was safer, anyway, than letting FH's friends try to drag him out for one last night of drunken bachelordom!!

We are having it two days before, it wasn't our choice, it is when the church does it, but I am glad it wasn't the night before. I will spend the night before hyperventalating at home!

We had wanted to have it on friday since we are getting marreid on sunday, but my a$$ of a brother said that he will not be taking off of work on friday to fly up, becasue he can only take 5 days off of work and he wants to take mon - friday of the next week. So if we have it on friday and he can't come, my FH siad then he is out of the BP. SO we are probably going to have a rehearsal brunh on saturday during the day, or even a rehersal lunch.

We're also going to do it the night before. Will proably start around 4-5, eat dinner around 6 & hoepfully everybody will be ready to go by 9-10pm so we ALL can be rested for the big day!

We are hoping to have it a couple of days before. I want to relax the night before, and knowing myself I will be going crazy if it is the night before..
