What kind of wording do I put on it?

I keeping finding ones just for the dinner but I don't know where to put anything about the church on there.

I am totally confused :(

Mine was really short:

'Because practice makes perfect,
Please join us at St. X Church on (DATE) at (Time)
Dinner to follow immediately after at Y'

And then directions on the other side.
