What time are you having your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner?
FH called our church today and they told us that our rehearsal will be at 7:30 on a Friday night which means that the dinner won't be until 8:30 or 9:00 at night. Do you think this is too late??? I really want to have it the Friday before the wedding (our wedding is on Sunday) but if this turns out to be too late I'll have to change the date...grrrrrrr Let me know your opinions! Thanks!

I think we are having our rehearsal at 7pm, with the dinner starting at 8, i guess going til around 11. Mine is on the Wednesday night before my Friday night wedding. I don't want to make it too early so that people don't need to leave work super early. I don't think people will mind being out til 11 (i hope). I think your times work, esp. since yours is on a Friday night, and no one has work the next day.

our church does rehearsals early we are going to 5:30 and dinner at 6:30, guess we will go back to the hotel bar after??? i think that time is fine, if thats the day you want, then go for it!!!

Ours is at 7:30 on Friday also, but since the wedding is on Saturday, we're actually doing the dinner BEFORE the rehearsal....it was the only way it really worked for us!

We're doing ours at 7:30pm on a Wednesday (eww) two days before our Friday wedding. But, our church said the rehearsal will only take a half hour or so, so we're going to start diner at 8:15 or 8:30 depending on where the RD ends up being in comparison to the church.

We're doing dinner first too - my rehearsal starts at 8pm and some older folks cant eat too late...so we're doing dinner at 530pm
