About how far in advance do restaraunts want you to book a rehersal dinner (about 30 people)? Thanks!

I did some calling around and most places said 2-3 months ahead. I have about the same size dinner as you. I guess it depends on the restuarant.

I think my FMIL booked it in either February or March for our October wedding. Our wedding is on a Sunday, and she had trouble finding a place that had a separate room for a Saturday night. It doesn't hurt to start investigating places now.

I just booked mine this weekend, my wedding is in April..
