Rehersal dinner

Maybe you girls can help me... how do i word the rehersal dinner invite?

do i put the time and address of the church and also the time and address of the dinner?

i have never seen a rehersal invite, so i need help!

We put the time to be at church, actually we put it 15 minutes earlier than schedulaed to make sure everyone would be there on time and the date and then we put dinner to immediately follow at such and such place!
