Anyone who is in the wedding and their spouse/significant other. Also, out of town guests and generally invited so that the couple can spend time w/ the people who have travelled fro their wedding. However, these rules are generally flexible if you need to keep it small or don't have enough money left over to pay for everyone.

I'm invited my grandparents b/c they will be walked down the aisle before the parents. So they're technically in the wedding. I'm also inviting my aunts and uncles b/c (1) some of them are out of town guests and (2) we are not paying per person so i say the more the merrier.

the RD is a time to relax and spend time w/ the people involved in the wedding and those travelling, b/c you will be so busy the rest of the time you won't be able to really spend time w/ them. so i say invite whoever you want there and whoever you want to spend time w/.

I'm inviting the BP w/ significant others. As for immediate family, my parents and step-mom and FH's aunt (standing in for his late mom). Possibly my grandparents but it's only the 1 set. No aunts/uncles unless they're the parents of kids in the BP.

It really depends on what your budget is like but I've always thought the RD is supposed to be small & intimate before the big wedding day.

I invited my immediate family & my FHs immediate family, readers, people presenting the gifts, parents of the flower girl and everyone is invited with a guest. my FMIL also invited 4 additional peopel that she wanted there but she is paying for it so I can't complain---plus i like th epeople she added.

I just feel that I have such a huge immediate family that having 60 people at the rehersal is not intimate.

We are inviting our bridal party with their partners and our immed family. I would invite out of town guests but they are coming in the day before our wedding and the RD is a few days before since we are getting married on a Wed.

BP and their dates, and parents of bride and groom...and I assume readers as well. That is all that I am inviting.

Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook is great, Sonoma Grill in Holbrook, Trio in Patchogue, Mazzei's in Blue Point...those are all good places.
