rehersal dinner in Ronkonkoma area?

anyone know any place to have rehersal dinner anywhere from ronkonkoma to sayville or anywhere in between? i have noo clue the area and drove around aimlessly today looking for ideas but nothing.

we are having ours at the long island grill in lake ronkonkoma.

YUMMY!!!

there is also john harvards and sonoma grill

We are having ours at Mamma Lombardi's. They have a private room with a min. of 15 people.

ETA: It's in Holbrook, which is kind of in the area you're looking for. HTH.

i actually went there today... he told me no private room :(

it was very very nice though and the food looked yummy. He also told me 30person minimum, oh well. thank you though

we are having ours at the Riverview in oakdale..

there is also the snapper in in Oakdale as well!

In Patchogue 2 towns over from Sayville there is a place called The Oar House that is nice.

The places Lauren just suggested were the ones I was going to.

My aunt has had parties in Sayville at Crickets. The food was good. They don't have a private room exactly but they had a big section in the back.

Also blackbirds in sayvile...no private room but they blocked off the restaurant from the bar for a friends shower

we drove into thier parking lot today but it looked and sounded like a bar so we never went in. maybe ill go back tomorrow

Are you sure? We already booked our RD and we were told they have a room that is good for a min. of at least 15 people.

You could also try 21 Main in Sayville and Collins and Main... Hmm, lemme think - Definitely the Riverview, Snapper, Oar - those are all good. OOOH! Whatabout BLUE in Bluepoint (right at the end of Nicolls Rd.) - the food there is excellent. There is a private room there too with a really nice/classy bar.

Hmm....naturally I would recommend Mama Lombardi's, but let me think what else.

21 Main in Sayville maybe? I'm sorry, I'm more of a North Shore girl so I'm not much help

Shandon Court in E. Islip.
They have 2 separate rooms for parties. We just had a rehearsal dinner there and the food was excellent

I actually did my girlfriends bridal shower there a few years ago and they have a private room in the back and the food was very good and since it was summertime there was live entertainment outside. So some of us stay after and hung out.
