Rehersal Pizza??

Ok, we are getting married on a Friday so to save $$ we were going to have the RD at my FI house the week before. This way there was no clean up the night befor the wedding. The problem is my MOH (sister) and Dad live out of state & they wont be able to make it. They didnt seem to happy with that decision. I called umbetos & they can do pizza and maybe app. for the night befor (Thursday) Is that too cheap? I figured we could do the rehersal at 6 then all go for some pizza & soda then go home. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Re: Rehersal Pizza??

I think pizza is fine if you keep the RD very casual sopeople don't expect a fancy night out.

Is it a pizza restaurant or is a pizza parlor?

Re: Rehersal Pizza??

Its a restaurant, we are keeping it casual because most people are working then comming to the church at 6. I figured most people want to go home & rest.

Re: Rehersal Pizza??

I agree, it's fine! Plus Umberto's is Yummy!!! We're probably going to have a BBQ to save money! My friend had one for her RD and it was a lot of fun.

Re: Rehersal Pizza??

We are doing pizza from our favorite place at our house with Uncle Luigis ices and beer....talk about casual huh??? It's so funny because my fiance and I are the ones to always want to go to really nice places....We just want to hang out and give out gifts and discuss the day...We are not getting married in a church or temple so there is nothing to practice...It will all have to be done day of....Casual is FINE
