ok, I have this hideous fish allergy... Needless to say, no fish at the buffet... I can break out merely from cross contamination of serving utensils... and ALWAYS do at events like weddings...
So, we have three entree choices.... we selected a veggie pasta primavera (for the veg heads- no vegans, so cream is ok), chicken franchese, and ?????
So mom is adamant that we have prime rib w/ au jus.... (she's a canrivore, and is under the impression many other also are) I'm just not sure... I think many people will avoid a rare prime rib...
It's such a common wedding item... do you recall at either YOUR wedding, or one's you've attended, how popular prime rib is?
(an alternate item we're considering is pork loin in a peach barbecue sauce...)
