relax??

what does everyone do to 'relax' or destress??

i swear i am so stressed between trying to fix our apt, fh's dad in the hospital for over a month now, attempting to plan my wedding, trying 2b a good bridesmaid in others, having some of the crappiest friends i could ever NOT depend on......i think i am headed for a nervous breakdown - i want to go on my honeymoon NOW!!! just run away....



i feel like even the littlest stress snowballs into a big one - and it starting to scare me how i cannot calm down....HELP!

To de-stress I either 1) Workout - dance, jog, hike. Anything really vigorous. I turn on my music and get lost in it or 2) Turn off my cell phone, get away from tv and the computer and just leave my apartment; just take a long drive out east or go to the beach to be by myself and take a long walk.

Sounds like you could use some time to pamper yourself or just be alone.

it all seems like so much to do. when that happens to me i make out a list and just remember that i cant do it all at once and i have to tell myself it can only be done one thing at a time!

Clean incessently (how sad! - I also do this if I am pissed at FH, he says that is how he knows I am REALLY mad)

Listen to my fav music with a big ol glass of tea in sweats with a yummy smelling candle burning

Cry (it helps when I AM really stressed especially if FH is there to give me a giant bear hug)

Go shopping (that causes future credit card stress, but a new bag or shirt really helps! )
